Individual Coaching & Therapy

My goal as a relationship expert and a clinician is to provide a compassionate and productive space where we can identify the underlying issues that are causing painful emotions. Through this process, I will offer strategies and techniques to help you manage your symptoms.


Therapy is a collaborative process;  we work together to facilitate the changes you want to see in your life. When we confront and move past the barriers that interfere with emotional and mental well-being, you will develop and embrace positive feelings such as compassion, self-esteem, love, courage, and peace.


I am dedicated as a therapist/life coach to helping individuals and families discover their own healing path whether we are working on mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, or everyday concerns such as stress management or relationship problems.

When we look to know ourselves better, we become stronger, more insightful and compassionate individuals!
